Frequently asked questions.

How do I reach more clients?

When starting your own business, or expanding your existing business, one of the most common struggles is figuring out how to reach more customers. This can be handled in a multitude of ways, from increasing your social media presence to designing a great website.

Once you’ve begun attracting new clients, it’s time to consider how to maintain those relationships so they keep returning time after time to your business. That’s where optimizing sales and marketing processes comes into play - you need to serve up the right content to your customers to retain their business, and ideally cross sell them on other products or services you offer.

This sounds daunting, but we’re here to help every step of the way.

Should I create a website myself?

For smaller businesses, it’s totally acceptable to create a website yourself. If you are tech-savvy, you can likely create a website that will get your business going. There are many free or paid website builder programs out there that can help you design a website yourself.

However, during website development, it’s important to consider search engine optimization (SEO). In short, SEO helps your website list higher on Google and other search engines. There are many factors that influence where your site ranks on a search engine, and while you’re busy running your business, you may not have time to do a deep dive into best practices for SEO. This is where consulting partners (like ourselves!) can help you out, so you can focus on what matters most - your business!

What is Customer Relationship Management (CRM)?

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the framework a company uses to manage its interactions with current and potential customers. This involves storing customer data from sales, service, and marketing interactions to improve relationships and drive growth. CRM software, like Salesforce, help businesses automate workflows, personalize customer experience, and increase customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.

What are the best CRM systems?

The most widely known CRM system is Salesforce Sales Cloud.

However, Salesforce does not make sense for many businesses, especially smaller ones, due to its cost. HubSpot or Zoho CRM may be better alternatives for smaller companies who are new to customer relationship management. Luckily, the fundamentals of all CRM systems are the same - expose a 360-degree view of the customer’s interactions with your company that you can use to improve your relationship with them and earn more business.
